Samosa is a young company that was started in February of 2011. Guus van Driel and Tom Sanders are the owners and driving force behind Samosa.

Samosa started with a project that Guus and Tom did for the Theewaterskloof in Grabouw, South Africa.f in Grabouw, South Africa. Together with the local youth from the townships, who had little hope for a proper future, they started a company that made wooden playground equipment and picnic tables. The aim: training young people so that they can earn their living through the sales of these tables and playground equipment.

When they returned to the Netherlands, they decided to continue the project together. Nowadays Samosa focuses on the design and the production of tailor-made furniture. Functionality, quality and style are central in their designs. They have already satisfied many people with beautiful furniture in their original style. And always with Samosa’s quirky signature.
