Outdoor Cooking Over an Authentic Fire
The BonPlancha Ø80 is a fantastic griddle for the fire bowl. Made of 6 cm thick steel, the griddle features two handles, making it easy to place on the fire bowl.
You can expand the plancha with a pizza oven. Simply place the BonPlancha on the fire bowl, and in the center, add the BonFeu stand with the BonPizza or other BonFeu accessories, such as the skewer ring or grill. With these accessories, you can further expand the griddle with unique cooking possibilities, allowing you to keep experimenting with outdoor cooking!
Cleaning and Maintenance
The plancha is easy to clean. Food residues and excess oil can be scraped directly into the fire with a spatula. Afterward, you can wipe down the plancha with a damp cloth, lightly oil it, and it’s ready for the next use.
Note: Always store the plancha oiled and at room temperature to prevent rust damage.
