- Do not stack the wood higher than the top vents to prevent smoke development. - Use dry, hardwood with low moisture content, such as oak or maple wood, for best burning. - Place logs close to the inner wall of the firebox and start with 3 to 4 logs for an efficient fire. - Never use the fire basket directly on a wooden surface without protection. Always ensure sufficient distance and use the supplied stand.
