The BonFeu BonVes 34 is a rugged fire pit, made of durable steel in a stylish black finish. The contemporary design gives the fire pit a robust appearance. Thanks to the perforated steel, you can enjoy a cozy view of the flames while the warmth radiates around. A true mood-setter for your garden!
Includes Grill Grate
The BonVes comes with a practical grill grate, allowing you to easily prepare a delicious piece of meat or fish. You place the grate on top of the fire pit, and it can be easily removed once you're done. Afterward, you can enjoy a crackling fire. Prefer to cook with a griddle plate? That's possible too! The BonVes can be expanded with a separate plancha for even more cooking options.
Practical and Versatile
The BonVes 34 is designed for ease of use. Thanks to the included adjustable fire platform, you can set the fire at the bottom or at a higher level, for example, for grilling. The fire pit is versatile and ideal for cozy evenings outdoors. Do keep in mind that the steel may discolor with use and exposure to the elements. This natural process gives the fire pit a unique, rugged look.

At Firepit-online.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise with your purchase. Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
Our warranty combined with your legal rights as a consumer provide a strong basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
