Note: The plancha baking plates are supplied already greased to prevent rusting. Remove the grease with a wet cloth first and then re-oil the plate when you are ready to use it. Make sure you always store the plancha greased (at room temperature) to prevent rust damage.
BonBiza as a fire bowl
The fire bowl of this BonBiza is fired on wood and gives off a delicious warmth, so you can enjoy cooking and eating outdoors during the winter as well. The baking tray has a diameter of no less than 80 cm, so while enjoying a drink you and your family and friends can prepare all kinds of treats on the baking tray or just enjoy the warmth of the fire bowl.

The heat radiates gradually from the centre of the fire bowl to the edge of the baking tray, making this single plancha suitable for all kinds of applications, such as grilling meat, cooking vegetables or smoking fish. Easy to use and easy to clean
Unlike other outdoor cookers, the BonFeu BonBiza is very easy to clean and virtually maintenance-free. Residues of food and excess oil end up directly in the fire. The baking tray is very easy to clean with a spatula because all the dirt can be pushed into the fire. After use, the baking tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth and is ready for the next use.
For info: The BonBiza is well packaged and delivered to you in 2 separate full-colour boxes: one box contains the pedestal and the other contains the fire bowl with the baking tray. You can easily place these two parts on top of each other and the enjoyment can begin!
