How can I place an order?
Place your products in your digital basket via the big green button. Then proceed to checkout by entering your contact and payment details. Read more about ordering here.
Is my product in stock?
You can see this on the product page of the product, it is above the price of the product. In doubt? Then give us a call to confirm it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, you can leave your name and e-mail address on the product page. You will then receive an email when the product is back in stock.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
You can change your order only if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order. Is your parcel already on its way? Then you can actively refuse your order. After we have received the return package, we will contact you to find a solution.
Can I also order as a business customer?
Yes, of course! You can also order larger quantities easily and quickly at Firepit-online.com. Send an e-mail to info@firepit-online.com and request a no-obligation quote. You will of course receive an itemised invoice including VAT.
I have a problem while ordering, what should I do?
