Ordering procedure

Go to the item of your choice and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you have placed all the items of your choice in the shopping basket and would like to check out, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.

In order to process your order, we will ask you to enter some personal details. Do you already have an account at Firepit-online.com? Then simply log in with your e-mail address and password and you will not have to enter your details again. If you are ordering for the first time, you do not necessarily need to create an account first. You can simply order!

You can have your order delivered to your home. You decide to which address your order should be sent. Once you have done this, go on to select the desired payment method.

Next, choose which way you want to pay. Would you rather use a different billing address? Then uncheck the box 'Yes, the billing address is the same as the shipping address' once you have chosen a payment method and enter another address (e.g. your work address).

Before finalising your order, check whether all the details you entered during the ordering process are correct. You can still make changes. When everything is correct, click on 'Place order' to finalise your order. You will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank. After placing your final order, you will see a page stating that the order has been completed. Of course, you will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
