The BonFeu BonVes 34 black is a tall fire basket that combines atmosphere, warmth and outdoor cooking in a practical way. Thanks to its openwork design, the flames remain clearly visible from all sides, creating an atmospheric lighting effect when the fire is burning. The legs raise the fire basket to a comfortable height, making it a striking feature on your patio or in your garden.
From an atmospheric wood fire to a barbecue
The BonVes 34 comes with a grill grate as standard, allowing you to use the fire basket straight away for barbecuing over a wood fire. For even more cooking possibilities, a compatible BonFeu plancha is available separately. After cooking, you can keep the fire burning and enjoy the BonVes as an atmospheric fire basket that provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere.

At Firepit-online.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise with your purchase. Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
Our warranty combined with your legal rights as a consumer provide a strong basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about the warranty terms or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are ready to help you and ensure that your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
