How do I clean the skewers?
The skewers are made of steel and have a handle made of wood. It is best to clean the residue from the skewers with a steel brush immediately after use. After this, you can rinse the skewers with water. Should any stubborn residue remain on the skewers, you can add a little detergent to get them clean. Be careful with this and use as little soap as possible, as this can cause rust.
