The cooking surface of the BonFeu BonBiza's is slightly sloped. To prevent dirty tiles and such, the cooking surface is slightly sloped inwards; enabling grease and oil to run into the fire. Especially when the surface is heated. This does mean however, that tomatoes, potatoes and other round foods, will fall into the fire as well.

To prevent this, the Food Bumper has been crafted. The elevated metal ring stops food before it's too late, but still enables the fluids to run through. You can also still use a spatula to scrape dirt underneath the Bumper. The BonFeu Food Bumper can be used on the following models: BonBiza (8001(R),8002(R) and on the BonFeu BonPlancha Ø80 cm (VBP6.800).
