Pellet BBQ: the perfect blend of convenience and flavour!

Are you ready to take your outdoor cooking experience to the next level? Discover the benefits of a pellet barbecue and why more and more grilling enthusiasts are switching to this innovative way of grilling.

How does a pellet barbecue work?

A pellet barbecue uses an electric drive to transport wood pellets from a reservoir to a fire pit. Here, the pellets are burned, creating heat and smoke. The temperature is controlled automatically through the display or the accompanying app.

  1. Fill the container on the side of the pellet barbecue.

  2. Set the desired temperature.

  3. The electric drive ensures that enough pellets are burned in the firepot to reach the desired temperature.

Advantages of a pellet barbecue

  • Tasty cooking: The wood pellets give a unique, smoky flavour to your dishes, similar to traditional charcoal grilling.

  • Easy temperature control: With a pellet BBQ, you set the desired temperature, and the grill does the rest. No more fussing with lighting coals or controlling the heat.

  • Versatility: Whether you want to grill, smoke, bake or even make pizzas, a pellet barbecue can do it all.

  • Environmentally friendly: Wood pellets are made from renewable materials and produce less ash and smoke, which is better for the environment and your health.

Frequently asked questions about pellet barbecues

Are wood pellets more expensive than charcoal?

Although wood pellets can be slightly more expensive per unit than charcoal, they are more efficient to use and produce less waste. Moreover, they offer consistent temperature and flavour, which makes the investment worthwhile.

Can I use a pellet barbecue for slow cooking?

Absolutely! Pellet barbecues are excellent for slow cooking thanks to their precise temperature control and consistent heat output.

Is a pellet BBQ healthy?

Pellets give off constant heat and relatively little smoke. In addition, pellets burn up almost completely and therefore emit less fine dust. Due to the constant heat, the result of the food is easier to control and a darkly charred piece of meat will be a thing of the past.
