Using the Firebox is very easy. Simply place the oven on the grill of your barbecue. The Firebox will heat up quickly thanks to the steel housing and the stone baking chamber. Slide the pizza into the oven and it will be ready in no time. Because the temperature in the oven can be quite high, the crust of the pizza will be nice and crunchy. The Firebox is ready for use in about 10 minutes.
Easy to use
The Firebox Black is made of beautiful stainless steel and has practical side handles for easy oven movement. The outside can be wiped clean with a standard stainless steel cleaning solution.
On top of the Firebox a handy thermometer is placed so you can easily read the temperatures. The pizza stone is made of Cordierite and can be removed from the oven. Cleaning is no problem at all.
