What is grilling anyway?

Grilling is searing (and possibly cooking) fish, meat or vegetables at high temperatures. These are usually temperatures above 190°C. This gives the food a delicious full and smoky flavor.

Combine grilling and plancha baking

The various products of BonFeu, such as the BonVes, BonBiza and the fire bowls, make outdoor cooking even more fun. With matching accessories it is possible to create the most delicious dishes with these products. With the fire bowls you can choose to put a grill plate on them, but it is now also possible to make a combination between the grills and the planchas of BonFeu. You can do this by laying down two halves of both plates. By choosing the right size you can easily slide the grill and/or plancha on top of the product and the grilling and baking can begin.
