Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. Reflection period and cancellation of an order
From 13 June 2014, a statutory trial period of at least 14 working days applies in the Netherlands. This means that from the moment you receive the item, you have a period of 14 days to cancel the order without giving reasons. You can do this in writing, for example by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the product has already been delivered, you can return it (you will be responsible for the return costs).
