Despite the high quality of the items we have in our selection, you may receive an item that is not perfect. In that case, we would be happy to provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Brave International B.V. abides the ? from the law on market practices and consumer protection. We stand for sound products. You may expect a product to function to reasonable expectations. Should your product become defective, you can also count on us.
You have a 1- or 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all products, depending on the manufacturer, without prejudice to the legal rights of warranty and conformity. Should an item be damaged upon receipt, you can return it to us within 7 days. Only within this period we can exchange the damaged or malfunctioning product for a new product. Please inform us in a timely manner via email so that we can exchange as soon as possible.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
Check upon receipt of the article if the right product is delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, you should inform us as soon as possible after receiving (we ask you to do this within 24 hours) via email or phone. When you receive a wrong or damaged product, then you should return it as soon as possible.
PRODUCT IN YOUR POSSESSION FOR LONGER THAN 14 DAYS
When an item breaks while already in your possession for longer than 14 calendar days we’ll fix your problem as soon as possible. We guarantee your legal rights to an article according to the reasonable expectations. We do this, depending on your article, by replacement, repair or refund. In addition, certain products have factory guarantees.
If the damage concerns falling, bumping or water damage, the article is used improperly or breaks outside the expectations of normal use of the item, you will not be able to claim free repair or replacement. You will then receive a free quotation for the cost of recovery. You can then indicate whether you agree to repair against the indicated amount or that you refrain from further processing. In the latter case, you can get your article back. The transport costs for the return are for your own account.
NO GUARANTEE CAN BE GRANTED FOR THE FOLLOWING POINTS:
- Blemishes, minimal deviations and colour differences in the enamelling;
- Defects, caused by wrong and/or negligent use as well as faulty installation;
- Colour changes as well as corrosion, bubble, deform, and rust due to weather influences or improper use of chemicals;
- Defects on the basis of changes, not for the purpose intended use or willful damage;
- Defects, which are caused by improper maintenance and/or repair work;
- Damage due to failure to carry out the normal routine maintenance;
- Damages arising as a result of wear and tear caused by professional use (hotel business, gastronomy, meetings, etc.).
Guarantees are granted in addition to the statutory rights of consumers and can not affect these.
