The Windmill Cast iron Bread baking pan


Bake the tastiest breads in this unique bread pan. The ball has a flat bottom and a heavy lid with stainless steel lid knob. With a diameter of 30 cm you can bake your own bread and get about 10 slices of bread from it.


How do you use the bread pan?


1. Make a nice ball of dough.
2. Heat the oven with the bread pan to 240 ° C for about 30 minutes.
3. Bake the bread with lid in an oven or barbecue for about 20 minutes at 220-230 ° C.
4. Remove the lid from the ball and bake for another 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
5. Let the bread cool on a grid.

Calidad excelente, pesa un huevo kinder, pero los materiales son de calidad, se aprecia hasta en el asa de agarre superior.
Me ha dado la sensación de ser más baja pero es efecto óptico porque no cuentas con el espacio de la base que le da una buena altura interna.

He de decir que el pan que hice me ha quedado excelente y ha subido más que en otra olla más tradicional de hierro fundido, creo que expande lateralmente mejor al tener espacio y tengo más calor desde arriba por el grueso de la tapa.

Contento pero a ver, es caro. Pero merece. Estos holandeses trabajan bien.
