The Windmill lid knob stainless steel

The lid knob stainless steel is the answer when it comes to cooking at high temperatures. The cast-iron lid knob that attaches to cast-iron pans as standard is good for cooking up to 200°C. The stainless steel lid knob attaches easily to the lid and you can also use the pans at higher temperatures.

The lid knob is available 2 in two sizes: the lid knob small is suitable for small barbecue and frying pans. Use the lid knob large for pans of sizes M and L.

Replacing the lid knob

The lid knob stainless steel is an accessory to go with The Windmill's BBQ pan with lid. The lid knob of this cast-iron pan is made of bakelite. This material can be used up to 200°C. Above this temperature, you can turn the stainless steel lid knob on the lid and use the pan with certainty.
