The höfats BOWL 57 is a multifunctional fire bowl with a sleek, hemispherical design and a smart tilting mechanism. You can choose between two versions: the BOWL with a low star base or the BOWL with a taller tripod stand. Both versions are also available as a set with a plancha plate, so you can easily switch from atmospheric fire to outdoor cooking.
Thanks to the tilting bowl, you can easily adapt the fire to the situation. In a neutral position you have an open fire bowl with a wide view of the flames. Tilt the bowl and you shield the fire from the wind and direct the heat more towards one side. Ideal when you are sitting with a smaller group on one side or when there is a bit more wind.
Low-smoke fire thanks to smart airflow
Inside the BOWL there is a two-part ventilation system integrated into the ash tray. This two-stage system ensures that the fire is constantly supplied with fresh air, regardless of the angle of the bowl. The wood receives optimal oxygen, so combustion is cleaner and almost smoke free. Because the wood burns so completely, less ash remains and you can enjoy a calm, even fire for longer.
Grilling with the plancha
The cast-iron plancha distributes the heat evenly across the surface. Escaping moisture evaporates quickly and forms a kind of protective layer between the plancha and the food. As a result, you need little to no added fat and you get a crispy exterior with a juicy, tender inside. In combination with a plancha set you use the BOWL not only as a fire bowl, but also as a fully fledged barbecue.
BOWL 57 with star base: low fire bowl close to the fire
If you choose the BOWL with star base, you get a low fire bowl that sits close to the ground. Ideal next to a lounge set, low chairs or beanbags. The stainless steel star base has three contact points with the ground and three with the bowl, which keeps the BOWL stable even when you tilt it. Combined with a plancha set, the low BOWL becomes a compact outdoor kitchen where you can prepare vegetables, meat, fish and smaller dishes.
BOWL 57 with tripod: higher fire and comfortable grilling
The BOWL with tripod stands higher, roughly at hip height. That is comfortable if you cook or grill a lot or prefer standing over sitting. The tripod gives the half-sphere a light, elegant look and at the same time provides a stable base. With the tripod version you can also adjust the angle of the bowl, so you can fine-tune the fire and the heat to where you are sitting or standing. Combined with a plancha set you get a comfortable working height for cooking and grilling without having to bend down all the time.
Durable design with thoughtful details
The enamelled half-sphere in matte black makes the BOWL a real eye-catcher in the garden. The base, whether you choose the star base or the tripod, is made from solid stainless steel and designed for many years of outdoor use.
