Tips for baking and grilling

You start the barbecue by filling the fire basket with charcoal and precisely regulating the airflow via the lower ventilation opening and the daisy wheel vent at the top. Depending on your dish, you can easily set the temperature between 110°C for low & slow preparations and 370°C for searing steaks. The Fyregg 18 comes with practical foldable side shelves for extra workspace and a spacious 38 cm grill grate, allowing you to cook for the whole family at once.

Easy cleaning for a longer lifespan

Maintenance is very user-friendly, as the kamado largely self-cleans when left at a temperature of 260°C for approximately 30 minutes after use. Because the ceramic is porous, never use water or liquid cleaning agents on the interior; a soft brush is sufficient to remove residue. Once the barbecue has completely cooled down, the exterior can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
