You regulate the temperature accurately via the ventilation opening at the bottom and the daisy wheel vent on top, giving you a range from 110°C for slow cooking up to 370°C for searing meat. This version is equipped with practical foldable side shelves, so you always have your ingredients and tools within reach.

Maintenance and cleaning for a long lifespan

Cleaning your kamado is simple, as the unit largely self-cleans when left at a temperature of approximately 260°C for about 30 minutes after use. Never use water or liquid cleaning agents on the interior; a soft brush is sufficient to remove residue. The exterior can simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
