Clean electric barbecue

Like other barbecues, cleaning the grill grate is the most important thing to achieve the best results time and time again. The supplied cast iron grill grate can be cleaned with warm water. A little grease on a cast iron grill grate is not a problem, this even improves functionality. But dry the grille well to prevent rusting. 

In addition, the barbecue has a collection tray for the fat. This can be removed from the back and is even dishwasher safe.
