The Windmill Tripod

Cooking with The Windmill tripod

Use a hot resistant glove to hang a Dutch Oven on the hook, for example. Do you want to hang the pan higher above the fire? Then move the hook up on the chain and hang the pan on the hook again.
Which dishes can you make with a tripod?
In principle, you can prepare an innumerable number of dishes with a tripod. Hang a Dutch oven on the chain and prepare a bread, a stew, soup or paella. These dishes often have a slower garing so you can hang the pan higher above the fire. If you want to heat up quickly, bring something to the boil or bake a piece of meat quickly, hang the Dutch oven or grill over the fire for a longer time for a quick cooking.
