OFYR Horizontal skewers set 100
The OFYR Horizontal skewers set is a variant of the traditional Brazilian BBQ. Instead of vertical, place the skewers horizontally on a steel holder above the fire.
Using this set is easy. You place the stand on the OFYR baking tray. The supplied skewers are then placed horizontally above the fire in the stand so that you grill your meat or fish slowly. This is not only a fun cooking method, it also looks very cozy. All you need to do is to turn the skewers occasionally so that the dish cooks evenly on all sides.
