The OFYR Horizontal skewers set is a variant of the traditional Brazilian BBQ. Instead of vertical, place the skewers horizontally on a steel holder above the fire.
Using this set is easy. You place the stand on the OFYR baking tray. The supplied skewers are then placed horizontally above the fire in the stand so that you grill your meat or fish slowly. This is not only a fun cooking method, it also looks very cozy. All you need to do is to turn the skewers occasionally so that the dish cooks evenly on all sides.
The standard for placing the skewers is raised so that wood can easily be added during the barbecue. The stand is made of durable steel and weighs 3.8 kg. Just like the other practical OFYR accessories, this Grill set is also a nice addition to your outdoor kitchen.
The skewers with a length of 85 cm are finished to a high standard and have a wooden handle so you can easily hold them while grilling.
