OFYR Horizontal skewers set XL
The OFYR Horizontal skewers set is a variant of the traditional Brazilian BBQ. Instead of vertical, place the skewers horizontally on a steel holder above the fire.
Using this set is easy. You place the stand on the OFYR baking tray. The supplied skewers are then placed horizontally above the fire in the stand so that you grill your meat or fish slowly.
