How to store höfats bioethanol liquid fuel

Always store bioethanol indoors, in a well-ventilated place and preferably cool. For example, keep the bottles in a cool cupboard, away from sources of heat. Has the fuel been stored in a very cold place, such as a shed or cellar? Bring the bottle inside and allow the bioethanol to reach room temperature before filling the burner. This helps to create the best possible flame effect. Make sure you never store the fuel too warm and never place it near open flames or other ignition sources.

It is better not to leave bioethanol in the burner for long periods. If the fuel is not completely used up, first allow the burner to cool down fully. Then you can pour the remaining bioethanol out of the burner by carefully turning it upside down over a small bowl. Transfer the fuel into a sealable bottle or container. Bioethanol that has been left in the burner for a short time is best mixed with a small amount of fresh bioethanol before the next use. This helps the flame to remain stable and predictable.

Important: never pour fuel into a Bio-Burner that is still hot. Always let the burner cool down completely before refilling. Never pour fuel into an open flame.
