Bake the tastiest pizzas, casseroles or pies in the HEAT OVNHUS pizza oven. This stylish pizza oven or outdoor oven is an addition to the garden. With a pizza stone of 31x31 cm you can make medium sized pizzas and you can safely bake pizzas for the whole family.
More than pizzas from the outside oven
The pizza oven is of course not only made for the beacon of pizzas. In addition to the pizza stone, a grill grate, which is placed over the entire width of the oven, is included. This allows you to use the oven to prepare dishes such as a lasagna, pasta or fish dish with cast iron oven dish or pans. A thermometer is attached to the front of the oven. This allows you to keep a close eye on the temperature in the oven and thus achieve the correct cooking for the dish.
Getting started with the outside oven
It can be used immediately after mounting the oven. The OVNHUS pizza oven can be fired on wood, charcoal or briquettes. This gives the possibility to make different dishes, each with its own temperature and cooking time. Charcoal, for example, reaches a high temperature but also burns up faster.
- Make a fire in the lower part of the oven.
- Place the grill grid or pizza oven in the oven.
- Let the oven heat to the desired temperature
- Place your dish in the oven and check the baking every now and then
A slide on the door of the boiler room allows more or less oxygen to be added to the fire for greater fire or heat. In addition, the slide on the stove pipe is useful to store the heat more in the oven (because warm air rises).
Easy to move
Will it be winter or will you be away from home for a long time and will you not use the pizza oven or less? It is then wise to keep the pizza oven under a shelter or even in the shed. For example, rust and dirt can get less grip on the steel and the pizza oven remains in perfect condition for a longer period of time. The wheels and handle make it easy to move the oven.
Everything at hand
The handy space under the oven makes it easy to store firewood or briquettes and is always at hand. With an extra hook on the handle, barbecue accessories such as gloves or a spatula can be easily hung.
