How to use the pizza stone

-    Place the pizza stone on the grill of your barbecue or in your oven.
-    Preheat the stone well, up to approx. 200 °C (can be measured with an infrared thermometer).
-    Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the stone. If it browns within 30 seconds, the stone is ready to use.
-    Place the pizza on the stone and bake for about 8 minutes.

The pizza stone can be used in combination with the Esschert pizza oven, BonFeu BonPizza and HEAT Ovnhus. Of course, it also fits perfectly on a regular barbecue.
