The Dimplex Albany  is a popular electric fireplace with Opti-myst technology. It is exceptionally easy to install in a wall or existing fireplace. The Albany offers the atmosphere of a real fire and can be operated by remote control. Create a realistic fire-effect at the touch of a button! The fireplace generates a limited amount of heat 750 or 1500 Watt.

Enjoy the ‘real’ flames

The Opti-myst® fire-effect brings an end to the two-dimensional effect of most electric fires. Dimplex has developed a three-dimensional fire-effect including smoke, practically indistinguishable from a real fire! An electric fire has never been so realistic.

The flame-effect is created by lighting ultra-fine water vapour, which reduces the humidity in the room. The wood set and remote control are standardly included with this fireplace.

Comfortable in use

This electric fireplace from Dimplex, the Albany Opti-myst, is exceptionally simple to install. It can be easily placed in an existing mantelpiece and you just have to plug it in, fill the water reservoir and enjoy the beautiful flames. The only thing you then have to do is refill the reservoir with water every now and then. A full reservoir will keep the fire going for about nine hours.
