CookKing fireplace Rosa is a tough fireplace for a cool industrial garden. This fireplace has a total height of 150 cm and is therefore a source of warmth and cosiness. The fireplace has a handy ash drawer in the middle of the fireplace to catch the ashes from the fire and make it easy to clean. At the bottom of the fireplace is a practical wood storage.

Three compartments of the fireplace

The CookKing Fireplace Rosa actually consists of three compartments. The upper compartment is the part where you stoke the fire. This is a large opening to start a big fire and have good access to the wood to check it. The middle compartment is the ash collection drawer. This holds the ashes from the stoked fire and makes it easy to clean the fireplace. The lower part of the fireplace is the wood storage. It stores a good quantity of wood to keep the fire going at all times.

Cleaning the fireplace

Because of the ash collection tray, you can easily clean the fire after lighting a fire. Proceed as follows:
1. Let the fire cool down completely so there are no pieces of wood left on it
2. Sweep all ash into the ash collection tray with a duster while it is still hanging in the fireplace
3. Slide the ash tray out of the fireplace and empty it into a rubbish bag
4. Sweep the last ash residue into the rubbish bag with a duster
5. Put the ash tray back in the fireplace and the fireplace is ready for the next use!

Wood storage under the fireplace

The wood storage at the bottom of the fireplace is an open compartment where wood can be stacked. This prevents wet or damp wood and you always have good burning wood for stoking fires. With the fireplace falling completely over the wood storage, the wood remains dry. To ensure that the wood stays extra dry, it is useful to store the wood indoors or in a shed during very wet days.

The properties of steel
