What does the Quoco cooking unit consist of?
How a Quoco works we are happy to explain. The cooking units consist of a few components:
- The base
The base of a Quoco outdoor kitchen consists of a base made of corten steel which is intended for wood storage.
- Air regulator
There is also an air regulator for the right oxygen supply in your Quoco. This allows you to control combustion and temperature in the cooking unit.
- Bowl
On top of the base is the bowl. The steel or heat-resistant lacquered bowl, thanks to its convexity, ensures rapid heating and circulation of heat.
- Plancha
On top of the firebowl lies the baking plate. On this plate made of carbon steel you prepare the food. The plancha is made so that the plate sinks a little on the inside to allow oil and fat to drain away.
