Outdoor cooking with carbon steel hob 

The Nestor Island hob is made of 6 mm Carbon steel. Carbon steel has the following properties:
-Strong: high density makes the material strong and often thicker than ordinary steel.
-Holds heat well: this allows you to bake for a longer period of time and also achieves a high temperature. 

-Resistant to high temperatures: heat a large fire to heat the baking tray and use the high temperatures for scorching, for example.

Due to the above characteristics, carbon steel is a good material for cooking. Many frying pans are also made of carbon steel and last for years without showing deterioration in quality.

Spacious worktop and sufficient storage 

What makes this Island barbecue so nice to have? The Nestor Island is a spacious outdoor kitchen, consisting of a cooking surface and a spacious worktop. The worktop is spacious enough to use with two people and can also be used opposite each other.

Cleaning Nestor Island after use 

Cleaning everything up after barbecuing can be a tedious job. That's why Barbecook thought something clever for this barbecue. Under the fire bowl there is a collection tray for the ash residues and food residues. 

1.Scrape all food scraps into the fire and let it cool.
2. Remove the wood roster in the fire dish and drop all ash into the receptacle.
3. Remove the collection tray.
4. Empty it (when the shaft has cooled) in a separate garbage bag.
