CHECK FOR RECEIPT
Your shipment will be processed and sent with the utmost care. You can count on the package arriving in proper order. However, always check the package before you accept the delivery.
A visibly damaged or opened package should always be rejected. Once the rejected damaged/opened shipment is returned, we will take care of a new shipment.
REPORT WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS
Shipping damage that is not visible and is established after opening the box, should be reported within 5 working days after delivery (per email or by telephone). Receipts must always be signed off with mention of ‘subject to inspection’.
