Your order is not entirely correct...
Despite our care in respect to handling and delivering of your order, you may receive the wrong article or the wrong number of delivered items.
In that case, within 2 months after you’ve noticed the error, please contact us. Specify clearly what went wrong with the delivery.
We will contact you as soon as possible about the further procedure and if necessary take care of supplying the appropriate article. Don’t use wrongly delivered items.
