CookKing Smoker Berlin 

CookKing has two smokers in its range. Both smokers are made for use in the garden or on the patio. The Smoker Berlin is a 30 cm wide smoker with a height of 100 cm. In this smoker there are several places to smoke food in order to put a particularly tasty dish on the table.

Inside the smoker, there are various materials you can use to smoke different types of ingredients. Included are the following:  

* 2 wooden rods  
* 6 hooks (3 small & 3 large)
* Rack for horizontal smoking
* Drain tray
* Ashtray  

You can use all these materials to make smoking as easy and enjoyable as possible.  

Made of 1 mm thick sheet steel  

The smoker is made of 1mm thick sheet steel and is powder-coated black on the outside and preserved with cooking oil on the inside. This way, the ingredients remain nice and pure and can be smoked properly. There is a flower-shaped cut-out at the bottom of the front door and at the top of the back of the smoker, through which the smoke can escape and with which the smoke exhaust/air supply and also the temperature in the smoker can be regulated.  

Thermometer in the smoker  

To make smoking as smooth as possible, there is a thermometer on the outside of the door. This allows you to keep a close eye on the temperature in the smoker and perform the smoking process perfectly. On the outside of the smoker are two handles for moving the smoker if necessary. Please note that the steel gets hot and moving it should be done with heat-resistant gloves. The last important feature are the sliders that close the smoker completely to give a full smoke flavour to the ingredients.
