Fill up the griddle of the Quoco cooking units with an extra grilling surface with this Quoco grill for the Quoco Medium barbecues. The grill consists of a stand and a grill plate that can be detached from the stand. Rotate the grill above the fire today and you can grill indirectly, for example to cook a piece of meat or keep a sauce warm.
Maintenance of the Quoco grill
Maintaining the Quoco grill requires some knowledge. The grill is made of steel and can therefore rust. However, this is not a problem and you can easily clean the grill by scraping food residues and any rust off the grill while it is still hot. To keep the rust process under control, you can grease the grill and store it in a dry place, e.g. inside the kitchen.
The Quoco grill Medium in brief:
- Suitable for the Quoco Medium barbecue - Also available for Large and Extra Large Quoco barbecues - Grill and stand separate from each other - Maintained with oil - Made of steel
Fire and cosiness brings people together and that is exactly what the Quoco brand wants to achieve. If you have a passion for outdoor cooking, design and the outdoors, a Quoco cooking unit is the way to go! The products are made sustainably from wood and (corten) steel and are of high quality.
At Firepit-online.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise with your purchase. Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
Our warranty combined with your legal rights as a consumer provide a strong basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about the warranty terms or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are ready to help you and ensure that your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
At Firepit-online.com, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to maintain your trust in our products and service. So you can shop with us with peace of mind, knowing that your interests as a consumer are protected.
