FORNO Fireplace / BBQ Damm

The FORNO Damm is a luxurious outdoor fireplace which allows you to cook delicious meals over an authentic fire. The FORNO is made of durable corten steel, which gives this garden fireplace a robust and sturdy appearance.

Multifunctional BBQ

The FORNO is a sturdy barbecue and outdoor fireplace with a great look. Its industrial look and robust appearance make it the eye-catcher in your garden. The square body stands on four feet so that you can always place the Damm safely. In addition, the Damm has a 10 mm thick baking plate that you can use as a teppanyaki or plancha. All you have to do is oil the griddle and you can bake and grill to your heart's content.

The FORNO Damm can be extended with practical side shelves made of wood or stainless steel. This also provides some working space.

Pleasant to use

Outdoor cooking on the FORNO Damm is not only very cosy, but also very easy. The baking plate will quickly reach a temperature of approx. 275 - 300°C. You can therefore start baking quickly!

After use, the FORNO is very easy to clean and virtually maintenance-free. Food residues and excess oil can be removed directly from the baking tray with a spatula. You can even leave it in the fire. Afterwards, you can wipe off the baking tray with a damp cloth and the BBQ is ready for use again. Make sure you always leave the baking tray greased. To prevent rust damage.

Attention: It may happen that a certain type of outdoor fireplace or fire bowl made of corten steel is not delivered with a rust look. At first you may think that you have received the wrong article. Nothing is less true, however. If you place the FORNO outside, then humidity and/or rain will very quickly create a first layer of corrosion. The manufacturer often delivers the fireplaces already with a recognisable corrosion layer, but it also happens that it is still steel and the first corrosion has yet to appear. But do not worry, this goes very quickly.

Manufacturer's warranty

All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.

Legal rights

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.

Defective upon receipt

Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.

Warranty certificate

At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.

Exclusions

Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
