Quality and Design of BonFeu
The BonTon exudes the authentic BonFeu design. The fireplace stands firmly on three legs and features a practical ashtray at the back, making it easy for you to remove ash and wood debris. This fireplace combines high-quality materials with a functional design and is known for its durability and ease of use.
Optimal Heat and Ease of Use
Made of high-quality steel and coated with a heat-resistant black finish, the BonTon not only offers durability but also a sleek, modern appearance. Thanks to its generous body and tall chimney pipe (59 cm), the BonTon has excellent smoke ventilation, ensuring that you barely experience any smoke. For added comfort and safety, the fireplace is equipped with a door with a spark guard, keeping firewood securely inside and minimizing the risk of flying sparks.
The convenient ashtray at the back of the fireplace ensures that cleaning up ash and wood debris is quick and easy.
Durable and Weather-Resistant
The BonTon is made of steel with a black heat-resistant coating, making it resistant to various weather conditions and durable for long-lasting use. Please note that steel naturally tends to rust over time, which gives the fireplace a unique, characterful appearance without compromising its quality.

At Firepit-online.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise with your purchase. Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
Our warranty combined with your legal rights as a consumer provide a strong basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about the warranty terms or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
