Distinctive BonFeu Design
The BonTon fireplace features the signature BonFeu design: it stands firmly on three stable legs and is equipped with an ash drawer at the back, allowing you to easily clean out ashes and wood residue. This fireplace is not only known for its high quality but also for its clever and practical details.
Durability and Ease of Use
The BonTon 50 outdoor fireplace is made of high-quality steel and finished with a heat-resistant black coating. With its large body and high chimney pipe, the BonTon has excellent smoke ventilation, ensuring you hardly experience any unwanted smoke. For added safety and ease of use, the fireplace is equipped with a door and spark guard. This prevents logs from falling out and significantly reduces the risk of sparks jumping out.
At the back, you will find a practical ash drawer, a feature that makes it easy to remove ashes and wood residue.
High-Quality Steel Construction with Heat-Resistant Coating
The BonTon 50 is made of sturdy steel with a black heat-resistant coating, making it suitable for year-round outdoor use. Please note: bare steel tends to rust over time, especially when the fireplace is used frequently. As a result, the BonTon may develop a rust-colored patina, which enhances its robust appearance. This process is a natural characteristic of the material.

Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
