The BonFeu BonPyra is truly a stunning outdoor fireplace! With its characteristic three legs and a convenient ashtray at the back, this new model is a fantastic addition to your garden. The BonPyra is made of 1-2 mm thick steel and features a black, heat-resistant coating. Thanks to its stylish design and tall chimney, the fireplace provides excellent smoke ventilation. You will hardly experience any bothersome smoke.
For your comfort and safety, the BonPyra is equipped with a door featuring a spark screen. This ensures that the firewood stays securely in place, minimizing the risk of flying sparks. At the back, you will find a handy ashtray that makes it easy to remove ash and wood residue. Stylish, unique, and highly practical in use!
The fireplaces by BonFeu are made of steel, which means they can develop rust under humid conditions. Please keep in mind that your black BonFeu fireplace will not remain black forever. But no worries: the rusty appearance gives your fireplace a rugged and robust character.

At Firepit-online.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise with your purchase. Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
Our warranty combined with your legal rights as a consumer provide a strong basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about the warranty terms or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are ready to help you and ensure that your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
At Firepit-online.com, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to maintain your trust in our products and service. So you can shop with us with peace of mind, knowing that your interests as a consumer are protected.
