BonFeu BonBiza barbecue XL Corten
Enjoy an extra large cooking surface of no less than 100 x 100 cm. The BonBiza XL is an extra large barbecue with plancha plate for preparing various dishes from small to large, from simple burgers to culinary dishes for a luxurious dinner. The plancha is easy to use and can take on a different temperature in different places by means of the placement of the wood. This way you lift your outdoor kitchen to a higher level.
The BonBiza XL: lots of baking fun
The extra large baking tray of the BonBiza is a nice feature for several reasons. First of all, you can now store much more food on the baking tray and prepare even more ingredients at the same time. You can also prepare a snack for more people at the same time. Do you have an event for 100 people? You can provide several people with a snack at the same time. Finally, you can classify the baking tray even better in different heat zones.
The advantages of a plancha baking tray
A plancha baking tray is a thick sheet of steel used for cooking on a wood fire. The plate becomes very warm and is used for various ingredients. The advantage of the plancha plate:
✓ Retains of juices: juicy meat is less likely to lose moisture ✓ Preparing small ingredients: due to the dense character, smaller ingredients such as potatoes, onion rings or mussels can also be baked on the baking tray. ✓ Different heat zones: just like direct and indirect grilling, the temperature on the plancha may differ. This allows you to sear slightly at a higher temperature and at the same time slightly at a lower temperature.
Using the plancha for the first time
The plancha of the BonBiza XL comes with a sticky oil layer so that the baking tray will not get any rust during storage. The first use of the plancha therefore has a few steps.
1. Heat the entire plancha with a wood fire. 2. Using a suitable barbecue spatula, scrape the oil layer off the plancha. 3. Add a new layer of oil and rub it with a soft cloth or kitchen paper to build up a good non-stick coating. Repeat several times.
Accessories for the BonBiza XL
Like the classic BonBiza barbecue, the BonBiza XL can also be expanded with various accessories. Thus, a stand for BonBiza is the start of a cooking adventure with many possibilities. Place an extra grill grid, pizza oven or skewers on the stand. But a complete rotisserie set can also expand the BonBiza XL into an even more complete barbecue.
