Barebones Cast Iron Dutch Oven

An essential pan for cooking on the stove, over an open fire, or in the oven. The cast iron Dutch oven offers you many possibilities for outdoor cooking. With a diameter of 43.5 cm, this pan is spacious enough for preparing larger portions. Ideal for cooking for a larger group or preparing various casseroles.

What makes this Dutch oven unique?

The Barebones cast iron pan features comfortable handles, double pouring spouts, and heat distribution technology. The pan is made from reinforced steel, preventing cracks caused by temperature changes. It is also 15% lighter than comparable cast iron products. Additionally, the pan is pre-seasoned with natural, organic oils, so you can start cooking right away!

Cleaning a cast iron pan

Cast iron pans are extremely durable due to the thickness and quality of the material. However, proper maintenance is important to preserve this quality. How do you clean a cast iron pan?

Clean the pan with water, without using dish soap.
Dry the pan thoroughly.
Optionally, apply a thin layer of natural oil with a paper towel to create an extra protective layer against rust.

Cooking with a cast iron pan is very enjoyable, but it does require some tips and knowledge for proper use.
Season the pan in the oven to create a natural non-stick coating.
Avoid very acidic ingredients such as citrus fruits.
Avoid large temperature differences.

Defective upon receipt

You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.

Warranty certificate

At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. Exclusions

These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
