With the thermometer on the top of the pizza oven, the temperature in the oven can be read. Warm up the pizza oven for about 20 minutes with the hatch closed. Pizzas are best baked at a temperature of between 300 ° C and 350 ° C. The open oven allows the pizza to be monitored closely.
