The OFYR Pizza Oven consists of a double-sided cast-iron plate, a pizza stone which is placed on the cast-iron plate, and a double steel cloche with the outside rotating around the inside, as well as a pizza scoop. There are openings in the cast iron plate that allow the heat from the OFYR cooker to circulate in the cloche and quickly heat the pizza. By turning the knob on the cloche, you can determine the size of the opening between the inner and outer cloche. The larger the opening, the more air will circulate and the more heat will be generated. When turning the knob, heat-resistant gloves such as the OFYR gloves should be used, as the knob becomes red-hot.
Of course, the pizza oven can also be used as a regular oven. When making pizzas, the pizza stone is placed on the smooth side of the cast iron plate. Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.

For a crispy pizza base, the pizza stone should reach a temperature of at least 250°C to 300°C. Always allow the stone to heat up gradually together with the oven or barbecue to prevent cracking caused by thermal shock.
