Passion for outdoor cooking with Quoco
An empty space on the terrace can be filled by a unique Quoco cooking unit. Fire and cosiness are brought together when you cook on it.
Through a passion for design, outdoor cooking and outdoor life, the Quoco brand was born. Various functional cooking units, from small to large, give you the opportunity to discover plancha baking on the griddle.
Choose the colour and size of your outdoor kitchen and install the Quoco in your garden without any problems. Build a fire in the bowl and oil the griddle, and the baking can start right after!
What does the Quoco cooking unit consist of?
How a Quoco works we are happy to explain. The cooking units consist of a few components:
- The base
The base of a Quoco outdoor kitchen consists of a base made of corten steel which is intended for wood storage.
- Air regulator
There is also an air regulator for the right oxygen supply in your Quoco. This allows you to control combustion and temperature in the cooking unit.
- Bowl
On top of the base is the bowl. The steel or heat-resistant lacquered bowl, thanks to its convexity, ensures rapid heating and circulation of heat.
- Plancha
On top of the firebowl lies the baking plate. On this plate made of carbon steel you prepare the food. The plancha is made so that the plate sinks a little on the inside to allow oil and fat to drain away.
