The OFYR Island Pro is the mobile version of the OFYR Island 100-100 in corten steel. The OFYR Pro stands on four swivel castors and can therefore easily be moved. Especially for use in the catering industry this is very practical, but it is also ideal in the garden.
As with the original version, the Island Pro is also equipped with a wooden cutting board for preparing ingredients, a practical holder for accessories and spices and a wood shed (± 0.4 m³ wood) for storing firewood. In functionality, the Pro is a complete outdoor kitchen with still the unique OFYR design.

The beautiful design of the OFYR Pro makes it an incredibly versatile cooker. The conical fire bowl has a wide baking tray (read: plancha) that functions as a cooking surface. From the centre, the heat radiates in a smooth flow, giving the hob several cooking temperatures. Whether you bake eggs, cook vegetables or grill a tender steak, OFYR opens up a culinary world for you.
The 12 millimetre thick baking tray has a diameter of 100 cm. Through the wood fire in the fire bowl (coal is also possible but is less fun because it does not burn) the plate is heated to approximately 300˚C. Lubricate the plate with oil and bake. The cooking surface is very large: on the plate with a diameter of 100 cm it is easy to cook for 50 people.
The OFYR Island Pro is equipped as standard with a cutting board made of thermal beech wood. However, you also have the option of choosing a ceramic stone in the colour dark grey. The advantage of a ceramic stone is that you can leave the Pro outside all year round. You will have to store the wooden cutting board inside. You can easily indicate your preference above.
Easy to use and easy to clean
Unlike other barbecues, an OFYR is very easy to clean and virtually maintenance-free. Food residues and excess oil end up directly in the fire. The baking tray is very easy to clean with a spatula because all the dirt is pushed into the fire. Then it is time to wipe it off with a damp cloth and the OFYR is ready for use again.
Made of beautiful corten steel
The OFYR Island Pro is made of durable corten steel and forms a beautiful combination with the many other OFYR accessories such as a Wood Storage Sideboard or a Herb Garden Bench.
Characteristic for Corten steel is the brown-orange rust colour on the one hand and the long life span on the other hand. The life span is so long because the first corrosion layer prevents further rust damage, making painting unnecessary and maintenance is therefore very low. The longer the Pro is used, the more beautiful it becomes. Over time, the steel acquires a beautiful, natural patina layer.
Corten steel is also known as weatherproof steel. This means that the OFYR Pro can remain outside in all weather conditions.

Exclusions

These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
