Defective upon receipt

At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. Exclusions

Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply.
