Dimplex Belgravia freestanding electric fireplace
The Dimplex Belgravia fireplace combines modern technology with stylish and classic design, making it the ideal choice for those looking for the atmosphere of a traditional fire without the hassle of real wood fire. This freestanding model features the Opti-Virtual technique, which provides stunningly realistic flame reproduction and a cozy atmosphere in every room.
Realistic flames: lighting, decoration and sound
With the Opti-Virtual technique, the Dimplex Belgravia fireplace offers a hyper-realistic flame display that is hardly distinguishable from real fire. The lighting is easy to adjust, so you can adjust the intensity of the flame image as desired. The combination of the flames played and the lifelike logs makes this fireplace realistic and soothing to look at.
In addition, the fireplace has the sound of a crackling fire, which you can switch on for that extra cozy, authentic atmosphere. If you prefer silence, you can easily turn off the sound.
Detached fireplace with heating
The Dimplex Belgravia is equipped with a heater that is easily adjustable at the desired temperature. Switch the heating on or off at the touch of a button, so that you always have the ideal temperature in the room.
Easy to use
All functions of this freestanding fireplace can be controlled on the fireplace itself as well as with the supplied remote control. At the touch of a button you turn on the fireplace, choose the right lighting and listen to a crackling fire.
Main features of the Dimplex Belgravia fireplace:

At Firepit-online.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise with your purchase. Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
Our warranty combined with your legal rights as a consumer provide a strong basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about the warranty terms or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
