CookKing grill plate
The CookKing grill plate is a nice addition to your fire bowl or barbecue. Place the baking tray on the edge of the fire bowl and let it get hot. Use a vegetable oil with a high degree of combustion if you work with a baking tray. The grill plate is available in sizes ø 82 cm and ø 102 cm and fits, for example, on the Bali fire bowl or Viking fire bowl.
The advantages of a baking tray
A dense grill plate is very nice to use above a fire bowl or fire pit. First, the juices and flavors of, for example, a piece of meat will be stored in the meat. Secondly, you can not only bake large ingredients, you can also easily prepare potatoes, mushrooms or onion rings with a grill plate. Finally, cleaning a grill plate is very easy. Grab a spatula and scrape the food scraps into the fire. Clean the baking tray with a cloth and hot water.
Use heat zones on the baking tray
Because the fire is often fired in the middle in a fire bowl, the inner ring will reach the highest temperature. In this way, the baking tray gets different heat zones (temperatures). Use the inner ring for short grilling of meat and the outer ring to cook soft vegetables.
The CookKing grill plate in short:
- High-quality steel baking tray - Available in two sizes: ø82 and ø102 cm - Suitable for various CookKing fire bowls - Create and use heat zones - Easy to clean
