Meet the BonCarré, a stylish square garden fireplace made of corten steel with a height of 153 cm. This garden fireplace is a true atmosphere maker for your garden and comes with four sturdy legs, a flue pipe, a lid, and a grill grate. Enjoy the warmth and coziness that this garden fireplace offers.
Extra accessories
With the BonCarré garden fireplace, you receive a lid to retain heat when you are not grilling, and a grill grate that is ideal for preparing delicious dishes while you observe the flames. For a more extensive cooking experience, you can optionally purchase a plancha plate. This plate reaches high temperatures, allowing you to quickly and easily cook meat, buns, or vegetables. Don't forget to store the plancha oiled to prevent rusting.
Corten Steel: Durable and low maintenance
Corten steel is a robust material specifically designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The outer layer forms a protective oxidized layer that extends the lifespan of your outdoor garden fireplace. This material is practically maintenance-free and can withstand all weather conditions. The characteristic rust-brown color will only improve over time as the garden fireplace is used.
Note!
It may happen that the BonCarré garden fireplace does not initially have a completely uniform rust look upon delivery. Don't worry! Once you place the garden fireplace outside, the corrosion layer will quickly even out due to moisture and rain, creating a beautiful, natural patina layer. Enjoy a cozy and warm garden with the BonCarré garden fireplace!

At Firepit-online.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise with your purchase. Therefore, we offer warranty options to help you in such situations. In these warranty terms, we want to inform you about the warranty conditions and your rights as a customer.
Manufacturer's warranty
All our products come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer's warranty, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing and other defects that occur within the warranty period. Should your item fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a suitable solution. This can range from a free repair to exchanging the product for a new one.
Legal rights
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also retain your legal rights regarding warranty and conformity. These rights are laid down by law and are designed to protect you as a consumer. They enable you to claim warranty and receive a product that meets your reasonable expectations of it.
Defective upon receipt
Always check your product carefully upon receipt. Should you notice any damage immediately upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. You can do this by contacting our customer service and reporting the transport and product damage. It is important to attach photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product should not be used before returning it.
Warranty certificate
At Firepit-online.com, the invoice for your order acts as proof of warranty. We therefore request that you keep a copy of the invoice, as it may be requested when making a warranty claim. In some cases, a warranty booklet is also included with the product. Here you can read the specific guarantee conditions again at your leisure.
Exclusions
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, there are some situations where the warranty does not apply. These situations include unevenness, minimal deviations, deformations, bulges, colour differences in the enamelling (on different metals) and rusting due to weathering or improper use of chemicals. In addition, the warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, improper installation, changes to the product, improper maintenance or repair work, failure to carry out normal routine maintenance, or wear and tear due to professional use.
Our warranty combined with your legal rights as a consumer provide a strong basis to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about the warranty terms or if you would like to make a warranty claim, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
