Using the supplied rake, you can move the glowing embers to the correct position under the grill grate. With the large wheel, you can easily adjust the height of the parrilla grate, giving you full control over the temperature.
Thanks to the included hook on the frame, you can hang ingredients such as sausages, vegetables, or even a whole pineapple to cook or smoke them slowly. For techniques such as slow cooking or grilling a large tomahawk steak, this barbecue is perfectly equipped; you can easily add wood or charcoal during cooking via the openable drawer.
