Bank transfer in advance

If you choose this payment method you can transfer the amount via your own bank to our bank account in advance. The package can then be sent as soon as the payment is received in our account. You will receive a pro forma invoice by email that can be paid stating the order number/customer number. Once the payment is received, your order will be sent by DHL parcel service as soon as possible.

1-3 days processing time

It can take 1-3 days before we can process your order after a standard bank transfer. Not every bank processes your payment directly, causing some delay. You will receive a message when payment arrives and your order can be sent. The normal delivery time applies from the moment your payment is received.

Then we can process your order immediately because iDEAL can confirm within a few minutes that the payment is successful. IDEAL is also completely free of charge, no additional transaction costs are charged.
